Partial Payment Plans

NonCampus may offer installment-based or partial payment options for certain programs.

By enrolling through a partial payment plan, you agree that:

  • The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Failure to pay any installment by the due date constitutes a breach of this agreement.
  • NonCampus reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the program, community, mentorship, course materials, certificates, resources, and related services until payment is completed.
  • If payment remains outstanding, your enrollment may be permanently terminated.
  • Any amount already paid shall remain non-refundable.
  • Termination due to non-payment does not waive your obligation to pay any outstanding amounts owed to NonCampus.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy and Partial Payment Policy.

Additional Grounds for Termination

NonCampus may suspend or terminate a user’s access immediately, without notice or refund, if:

  • The user fails to make any scheduled installment payment.
  • The user engages in abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
  • The user shares course materials, recordings, login credentials, or intellectual property without authorization.
  • The user violates any provision of these Terms of Service.

Termination under this section shall not entitle the user to any refund, credit, or compensation.
